Well things should start to hot up in the next 2 weeks or so, not seen a thread for this window yet? Liam Walsh ... city have spent in excess of including fee's £1m to bring this hoped for livewire to AG, as reported by ROD last week. one for the future but also for now showed a good touch on his introduction v MC, not afraid to shoot from outside the box on that occasion! who else do we need besides a temporary or permanent centre forward? does lightening strike twice? if available would Tammy fit the bill?
Recalled from Freiburg by parent club Liverpool, Kent doesn't look likely to remain at Anfield with Bristol City leading the chase for his signature on loan, according to the Daily Mail. Former side Barnsley and high-fliers Sheffield United are also in the hunt. The 21-year-old was loaned to Bundesliga club Freiburg at the start of the campaign but made just one start for Christian Streich's side, coming off the bench five further times. from ESPN 10/1/2018
Been reported on Twitter that it’s done but he’s been held up on the way down to finalise the deal. http://www.skysports.com/football/n...n-on-loan-deal-for-liverpool-winger-ryan-kent
Ryan Kent signs TILL END OF THE SEASON a good deal? or simply just added cover as he was available! Liverpool have loaned winger Ryan Kent to Championship club Bristol City until the end of the season. The 21-year-old spent time on loan at German side Freiburg earlier this term, making six Bundesliga appearances. Kent, a former Barnsley and Coventry loanee, has played in one senior game for Liverpool, an FA Cup third-round tie at Exeter in January 2016. Carabao Cup semi-finalists Bristol City are fourth in the Championship, two points off an automatic promotion spot. "He did very well at Barnsley last year and he'll bring genuine speed, athleticism and ball control to our squad," head coach Lee Johnson told the club website. "We thank Liverpool for entrusting us with another top player's development and I'm looking forward to welcoming him in to the group." courtesy bbc

Either way it looks a good signing and one that we would never have gotten had we not had such an eye catching season so far.
well just over 24 hours to go and we have 3, pretty much positions most of us wanted, and still hanging on to 3 that attract attention Nottingham Forest have rejected a "substantial" bid for Joe Worrall from Premier League side Burnley, reports BBC Nottingham Sport. The deal for the 21-year-old England Under-21 centre-half is understood to be around £12m. well what value our own ADEN ? ............ Worrel has managed 1 goal in 2317 minutes no assists and 30% of 10 shots on target and Aden has 7 goals 1 assist and 48% of 31 shots on target! in 2308 minutes = Aden £15m?
I thought exactly the same John - the prices don't make sense, yes he's younger but that's it. Aden has proven himself against the best in England this season during the cup run, but only getting £6m offers?
well the last day and the market will probably show loads of "panic" loans besides one or 2 good ones, hopefully not the latter in teams we have to play!
Club with the right intentions of bigger things holding on to our best players...thumbs up to LJ & SL and of course the players involved..
