Can't come quick enough now can it........

So If you were the manager what would you do. Who would you bring in and who would you let go. I would let Bates, Danny Wilson, Mark Wilson, Mcmanus all leave in January either let them go back to there parent clubs or not sign them up for a longer contract. None have looked good and as for D.Wilson he wont get in the team over golden boy fontaine. Someone else who I would let go. Along with Nyatanga

Midfield Might as well get rid of players who are not playing, those being woolford morris and Anderson, also along with them pearson can be shown the door. Those are my outs. Theres quite a few of them but there all **** and not worth there wages. I do more for the team in the stands than they do on the pitch for 90 minutes. Wheres my reward?

For those coming in haven't a clue <laugh>

    over to you lot........................... ?

I share your opinion on the defence Shiny
    However...
I think you're wrong on Pearson and Wooly, and I dont see the point of Morris, unless it is to retrieve footballs at training.
Elliot retains his place in my squad because of past glories and the potential to pull it together. But even the biggest Marv nut (and I cant imagine a bigger one) must admit he is hardly fulfilling himself nor has done since GJ

    Question
Can we afford to sign players as insurance for ones who may or may not leave for the Prem, and if Anderson is indeed here on that premise then why not give him the occasional game. He must be well pee'ed off, and that kind of disillusionment spreads through the camp

Marv , Woolford, Kilkenny , fonts and Albert
Last one might get people on my back but he is not a winger by any stretch of the imagination and he leaves big gap which got punished and I know foster gets a lot of stick but albert has bloody run over to the left for some unknown reason so we never play 4 4 2 whilst he in the side

The only reason I can possibly think of for bringing in Wilson and not playing him is perhaps lining up a deal....

So Shiny - you want to get rid of Pearson, Anderson and Morris.

Oh - and Bates, Danny Wilson, Mark Wilson and Mcmanus too.

Remind me - who was it brought in all this dead wood to "strengthen" our club?

Is there any point in having a clearout if the same man is picking their replacements???

I think we need someone with better judgement choosing who to get in - otherwise we are doomed.

Unless our fearless leader can get this one right then he has to go. Frankly I have serious doubts about his pedigree despite being in favour of him as our new manager at first.

All I have seen during his tenure is a team that has gone straight back to the ways of old and most of us are getting sick to death of the same old excuses. I can't see us getting any better players in during the transfer window based on his acquisitions so far that haven't amounted to much, and why on earth Jody Morris?

What sort of players will become available to us and how many of them would want to come to Bristol City? On both points I think the answer will be not many and in all honesty I can't see a way out of this predicament under our current restraints and management. I am really trying to hope that I could be wrong but I won't hold my breath.
