I'm not a fan of them (esp. the January one) but I think this has been my favourite one since they were introduced. Watching a shower of ****e turn up at Ibrox nearly every day and being turned away because they can't even afford their wages is funny as **** Now Jelavic is threatening to do to them what he did to Rapid and throw his toys out the pram if he doesn't his "dream" move to Everton. At considerably less than Goat Eyes wants for him as well! And the manager of the Honduran club has described their treatment of his player as absurd and has highlighted it's down to them not having the money to sign him. Meanwhile, we just get on with business, signing players without the press even knowing in most cases. It's almost a pity it's got to shut tomorrow.
Apparently we've had a bid of 500k turned down for Johnny Russell. No idea why we're trying to sign another sub six foot striker.
Instead of looking at lads like Russell and Hunt (if true) Celtic should be trying to get a few off the books at the minute We've still got lads like Rasmussen, O'dea, murphy, Juarez etc We've way too many numbers. Whilst they may not be on individual high wages, if you combine the sums we still fork out for them - it could probably see us take a very good player on a bosman/loan and offer a high wage
Makes sence Matthews has got to be first choice. Lustig as well there now should hopefully displace Cha as cover at the very least. Wouldnt care if we punt Cha
How many players do we have out on loan?!? The only one we've managed to move on after a loan spell is Hooidveld.
Apparently we let a "world-class" defender go there though....if those pesky Saints fans are to be believed. The amount of full pros we've out on loan is a joke really. I'm of the opinion that the loan system should be used for U-21's to get first-team football.
Cha Du-Ri was so awful to watch yesterday. I cringed every time he had the ball -a disaster waiting to happen - couldn't wait to see him taken off!
He's just so inconsistent. He did another shocking back-pass yesterday and a better team would have punished us for it.....(Rennes) Seems like a trier but has never got to grips with the style of play in Scotland. Not a bad player just not right for Celtic or the SPL
Ive heard a rumour, that i hope is true, that he has started the last couple of games to provide a shop window for him. to be fair the form Matthews has shown of late means he shouldnt be dropped - so there is a chance this may be true - i really hope it is

I spent five million on FIFA 12 on Russell after I sold Hooper to Liverpool. He was excellent paired up with Stokes. Bearing in mind we spent five million on Scheidt after seeing a video, what's the worst that could happen?
