Couldn't agree more. I like Coquelin, but we have too few players that can make that first pass out of defense to get the ball rolling. If he can be partnered with Cazorla or Xhaka, then he is a much better option.

For sure but cant see Wenger/Arsenal spending that much on a player in January.

Ridiculous line up if it happened..

    ------------------------Cech--------------------
    Bellerin--Mustafi--Koscielny--Monreal
    ----------Xhaka----------Carzorla-----------
    --------------------Ozil--------------------------
    --Iwobi-----Aubamayang----Sanchez--

Bench: Giroud, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Ramsey, Walcott, Coquelin, Ospina.
-- Wellbeck, Oxo, Wilshere, Elneny, Holding etc..

The article was talking about a summer move, but it's massive speculation really.

    Telegraph and Mail..

ARSENAL have reportedly opened talks with Borussia Dortmund over a potential £51million move for Marco Reus.

We would have some forward line if that happened.<ok>

The very idea all those players would be healthy at the same time to play together! Hang your head in shame at your nonsense.

I wont trade Alexis for anyone besides maybe a Neymar or Gareth Bale in this world..CR7 and LM10 are unattainable

Alexis has now been averaging either a goal or an assist per game,he has ascended to supersaiyan,he would he a prize for any squad in the world, worldclass with his unique tracking back, defensive work attributes, one of the best in the world.

Goddammit he is the hest player in the premiership,no way are we trading him for anything, might as well give him his 250k a week.

    Get going.

Arsenal should really make an effort to keep Alexis Sanchez.

We aren't buying anyone in the Jan window. Our main goal is and should be the title and our squad is strong enough to win it. Other than Cazorla being out, we have no real weaknesses.

And if we had the fit Wilshere Bournemouth have,it would be perfect..our squad is luterally done and ready for the next two seasons and Chambers might come back as well, its perfect to win something big and establish ourselves now.

    Get going.

It's funny at the start of the Season we were talking about how deep our midfield options are yet we've still ended up in a position where we have to pay Chamberlain down the middle for key games.

    Carzorla - Injured
    Xhaka -Banned
    Wilshere - On Loan
    Elneny - ACON
Ramsey - has calf strain, may miss match.

You know I was thinking. We used to be all about strikers at Arsenal. We are a club with a history of great centre-forwards, even Wengers successful years were defined by great strikers.

It bothers me that Arsenal have made no real attempt to sign any of the 'next generation' of top strikers.

Manchester City have snapped up Gabriel Jesus and Kelechi Iheanacho.
Everton a Club with far less financial power than ourselves still have Romelu Lukaku.
United splashed out on Anthony Martial, a player I could really see fitting in at Arsenal. They also have Marcos Rashford.
Alvaro Morata is at Real Madrid but being strongly linked with a move to Chelsea.
    Kingsley Coman at Bayern.
    Paulo Dyala is at Juventus.
    Gabriel Barbosa at Internazionale.

Back in the day we were snapping up the Henry ,Anelka's and RVP's. Whatever happened to that?

Kingsley Coman is an out and out winger, what the hell gave you the impression that he is a striker? He is not even one of these wide players that you can see being transformed into a striker, Coman is a classic old school winger, an amazing ability to his beat his full back and cross the ball, we probably need player like that as well, also Dybala is hardly a classic striker in the true sense as well, he is a number 10.
