RE; Hughes @ Derby

There are about four or five Derby fans in our Sunday League team, plus a few more that on a Friday a another couple in the pub, they all seem to rate that lad very highly. Whether he could do it in the Premier League at a big club with as much pressure as there is at Liverpool remains to be seen though.

that sounds familiar to a story i heard the other day about him being due by end of this week for a medical.

journo sounds like he is just rehashing that story to be honest.

Could well be the case, since the advent of Twatter, the Journo's have become even more ****(er) and lazy(er).
 
Egyptian radio station confirming salah due in mersyside tomorrow for a medical, luis muriel being linked to napoli, think we should put in a bid for him. If however he ends up at napoli might mean chavksi are going in for higuain.
 
Apparently the chap claiming to be a writer for the Telegraph... doesn't and is a bit of a spoof..
However, other sauces claim he is due in tomorrow..
Like I said, when he's leaning on something at Melwood, then I'll believe it!

Hope the first bit is bullshit. It's evident we definitely need to strengthen our squad, preferably with class.

It does say "first team". In other words, when everyone is fit we have a good team but the squad needs improving. Can't say I'm impressed still considering stance of "improve the first team and the squad takes care of itself"
