Obviously his agent again as you said putting out these stories. His story now is Everton now wanting him in the summer as a part exchange for Niasee.

With Mbokani out for 6 weeks might be worth getting Berbatov in, I am sure he would get us a goal or three.

A free agent centre forward needs to be a serious consideration in these circumstances.

Actually, I'm supposing that in a season or two, post Brexit*, unless a club releases a player they'll be no more Bosman transfers. It'll go back to the old system of tribunals deciding the fee (they used to come up with some mad fees).

    * For UK/UK, UK/EU deals

Everton wanting Hernandez in part payment for Niasse. That's a laugh if you think about it. First they tell Niasse he's so **** he can't even have a locker, then in the next breath they tell us he's worth more than Hernandez.

Probably bollocks anyway, but if it's true it's really quite silly.

Just heard Ranocchia say he's loving it at Hull and hopes to be here next season. I wonder what it would cost us to sign him in the summer? If we stay up that is...

Just noticed Jelavic has moved on loan from Beijing Renhe who are still in the 2nd division to who got promoted to the first division Guizhou Hengfeng Zhicheng F.C.

Could do with him at the moment, he score 15 goals in 29 app last season, though it was in the 2nd division.

Every Italian I've ever spoken to sounds like our Froggy one.

    They babble.

    Incessantly.

It's not a language. It doesn't make sense. They just make sounds.

They're all in it together. It's one big Eyetie piss take.

Proof? A Scotsman is the comedian of the group?

And an Irishman is the arbiter of good musical taste?

    GTF.

The translator was obviously just riffing 'cos he didn't understand a ****ing word.

Has anyone got any thoughts on the poster - was it the Portuguese dude? - who royally slated Markovic before he signed? Cos he's arguabley been better than Ranocchia so far...

I believe it was, I have been more than happy with both their performances, apart from Markovic at Fulham.

Ranocchia has been fine And playing a different position so shouldn't be used as a comparison really unless it was attitude or commitment?

The Sun are today reporting that Newcastle will offer £12m for Maguire in the summer.
