Can some one please explain this 25 man squad thing?

OK, so January comes and our generous benefactors release 'loads a money' and we buy hopefully four or more very good players.

Do they replace players in the 25?

Was not at game so not going to comment - plenty of others have.

Beginning to get a little worried as the current squad is not a survival squad and we need to buy our way out of trouble or very seriously risk relegation.

Hi Rangers Till I Die, I have always said that the club would have to spend at least £50,000,000 to stay up or even more, and will not for what the club has spent to date!

Jimmy, you are aware that decimalisation came in back in 1971 (round about the time you retired) and that you wrote 50 MILLION Pounds up there??

Based on Andy Carrolls fee we should get 14m for Tommy Smith 7m for Hogan 25m for Taarabt 3.9M for Vagen Moen and £7.50 for Hulse

I will pay the rest as long as I get 15 minutes with Barton in the ring

Thanks all. James can't gauge whether you are a jester or not. Tony Fernandes is not that wealthy unless his undeclared wealth is considerably more than declared. We are not spending £50m in January unless Mittal is getting his cheque book out!

Cheers daverangers for the helpful link.
