http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/new...-of-stress-involved-in-job-article876197.html If it goes wrong and it will, the whole country will turn on him, reputation ruined, if you mess up at club level its only a small section of public that give you a hard time. Jamie will not want the last pieces of journalism on his Dad, to be his face inset in vegetables.
You had to spoil it, I wanted to go a whole day with nobody arsed to comment on my thread. It would have been a record to be proud of!
Probably because the title was very similar to this thread - http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/129926-Levy-wants-Harry-to-stay-shocker!
That was the idea King, the sad smiley was because Luke commented, not because nobody has, even so, over 8hrs before a post must be some sort of record.
We could at least debate the vegetable The Sun will use to see him off after its gone tits up! , but in all seriousness I'm tired of it all YV, how did anyone ever think we'd all carry on till summer as if nothings happened. Imo THFC need this matter sorted now for the good of the club, before it totally undermines the season...if it hasn't already.
Well what do you want the club to do? If we force him into a decision now then we have to get a new manager in if says he wants the England job and he's far more likely to go for it if we're pushing him into a corner. I'd never want us to put our entire season at risk over this.
It already is at risk YV, we can't just erase the last month and carry on either, the damage is done and we've totally lost momentum already, as for what the club can do, I only want a manager who's committed, he has said so, I agree, but it looks like lip sevice to me atm. I've never seen him so sour in the dugout and as for his post match interview!
I've seen no reason to suggest that our bad results in the last couple of games are anything to do with 'Arry being distracted so to think about replacing our best manager we've had in years, mid season is way over the top. Realistically the only managers we can chose from at the moment are Moyes, Hodgson and Benitez. I'd be happy with Moyes but it's going to be more difficult to get him mid season and it's going to be more difficult for him to come in and finish our season in a way that matches how well we've done up until this point under 'Arry.
I agree, because thats not what I said. What i did say is I want a committed manager, he was extremely distant at times in the dugout yesterday. Body language just seems different to me, the team and the coaching staff, the relaxed attitude has gone lately, he needs to to state his intentions is more what I meant.
Does anybody know why I can't 'reply with quote' anymore. I'm clicking the appropriate area but all i get is a small circular disc going round and around in a circular, as if the computer is trying to find something to display. What have I done that is so wrong, that it will not allow me to reply to any quotes on here ?.
It might be something to do with your browser or your computer Bajan, as it's working ok for me. The site runs slowly sometimes though, so if it doesn't clear up soon then PM one of the mods (me, Spurf or KingHotspur) and we'll see if it's a problem that others are experiencing.
I said the very same thing to Hiag on another thread, and thinking about it further tbh every idea is flawed now, the only thing that'll repair whats done is for HR or the FA to rule himself out sooner rather than later, can't see that happening.
