As usual I am listening to the game on BBC Bristol and how nice it is to hear Jamie McCallister say how important the supporters have been in the last few home games. He said that the support from the terraces is so much of a boost to the players on the pitch. It's all over we're safe and thanks to everybody who has hung in there this season (not the best to be honest) and now let's really see what Derek can do with a full year in charge. Hallelujah we're safe, enjoy the trip to Burnley shiny!!
Good post Mike On a related subject, one of the things I don't like about modern day football fans is how they publically slate players - it's as if they are playing a computer game (like Championship Manager) with no thought to the human being, and Jamie McAllister is a case in point. Many fans have said this season he's crap and has to go etc, etc However, let's remember that this guy has been at our club for 6 years, 200+ appearances, a model pro who always gave 100% If it is time for Macca to move on in the summer let's remember that (sorry to hijack your thread)
