    "Jamie Mackie has been left out because his wife is due to give birth, while Graham Dorrans is missing as he has just become a father."

    So on daddy daycare duty, good luck Jamie - was looking forward to seeing him play. Well, at least he doesn't pick up a pre-season injury.

    On my available TV channels, I do not see the Norway vs. England game listed, so may have to try and find a web stream for this.

    Watching the game - looks like Scotland are really missing our hard working bustling boy. All USA first half.

    Scotland were totally inept in this game - not sure what kind of impact Mackie might have made - I see the final result was 5-1 to the USA (I threw in the towel watching this at 3-1).
