If she wants to know because she's a nosy **** then I agree with you it has **** all to do with her......but if the breach of his license is because he returned to Merseyside then I think she should know. They've said its a major thing though so possibly not that. If she wants to know because she's campaigning against the early release of a murderer & wants to highlight the fact that justice wasn't served then fine - but she hasn't come out & said this.
if they tell her what happened how long do you think before it gets into the public domain? 5 minutes? after that every scouser on trial will be ****ed (fair do's).
Did the media find out he'd be nicked again or did Jack Straw just come out with it?? Pretty sure the media are aware what happened but are not going to print it all in case it jeopardises a future trial.
Why did Jack Straw release a statement that he'd been called back in to prison?? If the media threatened to break the story first then I'd imagine they would have known the reason for the recall........if Straws statement was the first we heard of it then why the **** did he release it before the trial? These things will create debate up & down the UK & far beyond & details should have been released had he been tried & found guilty of the offence & put back inside.
The papers would get prosecuted if they released that sort of information. There must be some interdict or **** that prevents them from telling what has happened. Pope would have known
They did it with the Woodgate & Bowyer case, sure it was the Mirror who published the 'victims' story during the trial the jury had to be dismissed & start all over again!!! Think they were fined & the judge went mad. I'd like to point out again that Bowyer was innocent & Woodgate was guilty even though Bowyer got all the stick for it despite the CCTV quite clearly showing he was sitting on a curb clutching his leg which he had injured a few weeks before & was keeping him out the team.
nah, not sure i'm really up for the old torture think i'd probably just gut shoot them and leave them in the arse end of nowhere, they'll be able to stagger about for a couple of hours before dying and a gut shot is pretty horrendous.

One of my best pals who I've spoke about before was one of those who was driven at so he could be 100% who was driving, many of the witnesses outside the pub could not see who had been driving though they could all guess!! Many folk who must have been able to see the driver made a quick getaway as they did not want to be involved in this ****, my mate who's party it was also fled the scene. Only one lad at the time told police what he'd seen & who was driving. The police took it all down & said they'd be in touch about a statement. Next day police came to his house to take him the station for his official statement, but before that they wanted to take him to meet someone..............they drove him down a quiet lane where a BMW 4x4 was waiting. They lead him in to the back seat where the dad of this family was sitting. He basically told this kid to give everything to the police & he would protect him. The lad who did it went on the run. This family went to all his mates houses 30 handed & beat the **** out of all of them, they battered his family, held his mrs hostage the lot till this guy had no choice but to hand himself in. He's now on remand awaiting trial for murder. But you can guarentee as soon as he's found guilty & put in prison this family will already have someone in there who will kill this guy. His family will get the money to make sure they are looked after & the guy will only get a couple of extra years on top his sentance. Wheras you murder someone on the street you get 18 years this guy will probably serve 18 months.
Its hard to keep up with who's inside & who's out!! I don't really mix in those circles anymore but I try & keep up to date with stuff that I might need to know in future Most prisons are full of Brummies & Scousers apparently so there'd always be at least one friend of a friend in any prison. I always took time out to chat to the smackheads who we used to knock about with as they are a vital source of useful information & get anything you want for a price.
