    Jamie Ashdown has joined his ex team mates Luke Varney and Jason Pearce and has signed a permanent deal at ER.

    Andy Gray has also signed a 1 year deal with the club. Four signings in a day, some kinda record <yikes>

    Really pleased with this one. I was honestly convinced Warnock's blase keeper attitude was going to persist and we'd be stuck with Kenny - not averse to injuries - and the younger Paul Rachubka in Alex Cairns who we'd draft in and witness buggering up our season.

    Ashdown will be a good, quiet bench boy. Pick up his wage, play the one or two games he needs, lift the trophy and bugger off when we're up.
