On the topic of MotD, did they just say Huddlestone raised over 6,000 pounds for cancer research? Much more than that!!
Lol I completely missed that in order to bring up the Huddle-Fro question. I can't understand the level of desire to see Campbell physically harmed.
It did, but not for Tomkins. Campbell the pansy properly milked it. A yellow at least for play acting.
I'll never understand what he has done wrong 1) secured himself a better deal 2) celebrated a goal in the way he should have 3) given banter back to us having been verbally taunted all game Would you rather football was further sanitised? I'll never get the failure to celebrate a goal vs ex-team nor the inability to give something back having been the subject of the fans taunting and no one would not look to further improve their salary for doing what is in effect the same job albeit for a different team Feel it's become popular to slag him off
I agree, you'd have thought his decision to go to Spurs then Sunderland, rather than us, was the biggest snub in the history of football. Some City fans act in a pathetic manner towards him. He's done the best for his career, and the same as any of you lot would've done, in the same situation.
I agree. When he scored his first goal against us for Sunderland he ****ing loved it, dashed over to the city fans for an unprovoked wild celebration. Which was all well and good until this season when he got all patsy and refused to celebrate against his other former clubs when scoring against them. If he treats us with contempt I'll treat him with contempt. Just annoyed Tomkins didn't make a harder studs showing smash and break his pretty boy ponsey face to smithereens. I don't blame him one bit for the spurs/Sunderland deals. In spurs case I'm not sure he had much choice anyway.
He hasn't done anything any of us wouldn't maybe do ourselves... but it doesn't mean we can't dislike him?
Neither did we until he scored against us the first time and ran over to our fans just to do a wild celebration. I don't really care, but then he did that ridiculous refusing to celebrate ****e when he scored against Manchester and Sunderland. I'm not sure he even played a game for united? The boy is a classless **** and I enjoyed watching him get kicked in the ace. A sight I hope I enjoy the privilege of seeing more often. That sounds like I wish it on him, I don't wish it on him, I'll just enjoy it if it happens.
Surely you aren't serious. This was the guy who made a massive contribution to getting us in the Prem and then made decisions which he considered best for his career. And for that he's still vilified by some on here and called a "traitor". Traitor to what???? Maybe PLT should be giving you his little lecture on "perspective". As for me I'd have FC back here in an instant.
