I was looking at nufc.co.uk and saw that James Perch is suspended for the Villa game for getting sent off against Manure reserves. I swear he got sent off for our reserves last month against Sunderland, correct me if I'm wrong. If true and not a typo, it shows he is a complete nutter. Why do that in a reserve game when the two LBs at your club are both injured (Jose and Fergie)!

I thought he got the card rescinded? Sure I read that somewhere.

If Perch hadn't have been on the line then the Wolves game could have had a different outcome.

He's not great by any stretch of the imagination but he's the at least trying his best when he's on the pitch.

I'd rather be in a situation where he didn't have to be on the pitch and we had better back up but beggars can't be choosers.

To be fair there should ALWAYS be someone on both posts from a corner, so really anyone else there would have cleared it off the line, but fair play someone else might have missed it.

If it wasn't Perch it would have been someone else though.

He is hopeless, I remember from that block on the line he was running away with the ball and he participated in the worst dive attempt I have ever seen! Stevie T should have came on.

Exactly. He's apparently a fairly experienced full back who has had enough football in the lower leagues to know where to be, positioning wise. He's not great back up, but in a position where we have very few players he will have to do. Rather him at LB than Jonas!

I don't know what to think about him,
his passing us appaling, not that fast, good in the air(sometimes), and gets booked all the time, but adds to squad depth.
