Can someone up early enough, who can hear it, please post here whats said. Had enough of rumours and I want to know what the man himself has to say. James Brent talking this morning......... 1) Basically the same offer as in early March. 2) He has been told that Guilfoyle is requesting new bids. 3) Spoken once to Guilfoyle in recent weeks. 4) No talks with Pengally recently and none planned. 5) Would hope to be fully organized in two weeks. 6) If not soughted out by the end of month he would expect not to continue any further , 7) Has spoken quite often to Peter Ridsdale and gets on well with him. 8) Would in the short term be working with Ridsdale' 9) long term involvment with Ridsdale at this time not known.......depends on Ridsdales plans for his personal future. Please correct me if I have interpreted any of that wrongly.
They did away with it years ago.........only use cold dank cells now......he can give that ago in the meanwhile.
I was impressed with the honesty of Brent's interview, had the impression that Risdale would only be there temporary whilst getting the club on an even balance and definately not as a chairman, said he had a few ideas about rebuilding the south stand and also that it has to be inkeeping with what is already at Central Park. He said the club wouldn't be run like a sugar daddy which is also encouraging as it means we will be living within our means. Stated that although he doesn't know much about football, states that even he says we should be playing in the Championship ..... now to the ginger one .... if you really feel for the fans, pi$$ off and leave us alone ..... I'll personally buy you a one way ticket back to Essex !

Trouble is that Heaney almost certainly has a very thick hide given his line of business, so even though it must be 99.9% of the fanbase want him to go forth and multiply,he will probably do all he can to pursue his bid.
BRENT IS GOING TO GIVE IT ABOUT 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE.Agreement by the end of next week,and two weeks to "complete the documentation".Does'nt take a genius to see that if Brent pulls out -WE ARE STUFFED.Heres hoping!

All that misplaced euphoria last night both on here and PASOTI that ginge and his mates had buggered off. I don't know where these rumours start to be honest as there was nothing in the public domain to say anything like that. People are still screaming Brent is the one and only without knowing anything whatsoever about the guts of his bid. Nobody is giving the other one any credence which is Butivant. Reports are he is still circling to carcus. I am really fed up with all of it and don't know if there is anyone out there believable anymore. I see Brent is now saying if it isn't a done deal in 4 weeks then he is off so here we go again. If there was a darkened room I could go to and switch off the outside world for a month until this is all done then I would willingly go there.
