We've been linked with Luton's Jake Howells today. Peterborough and Ipswich are interested as well.

I'm at University in Bedfordshire and I've seen Luton play a few times this season, I have to say he has always been their stand out player, and I'm surprised that he's playing non-league football.

He's a left sided midfielder but has played left back almost all season because of injuries. On the few occassions that I've been to Gary Brabin's press conferences this season he always heaps him with praise and sometimes hints that he's expecting interest for Howells.

However as he's a left back I don't think he would be needed at this moment in time, as Rhoys Wiggins is having a superb season and Ceddy Evina seems to be decent enough cover. We do though seem to be short of cover for the left hand side of midfield with JJ being the only recognised left sider, and with the Ephraim situation up in the air atm as well.

    Thoughts?

My thoughts are that on a day when Grammar is in the headlines, and you state you are at Uni , and yet look at your headline - i really scratch my head and wonder about the future of this country.

As soon as a pressed 'post' I realised what I had done!

An immediate press of the 'edit article' button wasn't enough to save my blushes, as it doesn't let you change the headline.

A real head in hands moment.

Yeah mate - actually re-reading the rest of your post, the Grammar is actually very good, probably better than 95 per cent of the reprobates on 'ere, so i take back my earlier post.
