I think Butterfield's antics are now called 'doing a Bialkowski'. It would be great to see Jaidi back to his prime and his experience an asset for the run in but he looks a bit overweight at present.

Radhi has probably spent the last 6 months in the gym, I bet he is a tank.

I hear Syria have asked to borrow Jaidi to suppress protesters.

Hooray..! Great to hear. Easy to remember when Saints were occasionally being attacked and the crosses were coming in... Headed away by Jaidi... Good header out by Jaidi... brilliant tackle by Jaidi. Great CB. Hope he gets to play for Saints, this season, before he retires.

    Bet ManMountain***** will be pleased.

Such bad luck for Jaidi..never reaped the reward for his hard work last season. Going to be difficult to displace Fonte or Jos.

When we're 1-0 with 15 minutes to go at Upton Park in February, and under attack from Big Sam's arial bombardment (even more so than during the previous 75 minutes!), I wouldn't mind be able to turn to Jaidi on the bench and send him out there.

'Fraid that's me. It wasn't meant to be anything derogatory. Don't quite know why I didn't spell it all out really..? Brain fade..! ;)

Nice to see that your hero is on the mend.

He deserves to play again before he retires at the end of the season, great pro!

Would like to see him get a run out, but if he's lost another half yard, I just can't see it happaning.
He's a top pro, mucho respect for the mountain.

he was terrible in the markus liebherr cup - too slow then, and is probably going to get slower so i just can't see a place for him anymore in our squad, shame as he was a colossal in league 1 for us

What a mountain. Was great for us, but even if he can make it back fit (which is a big IF at the moment) I would be flabbergasted if he were to make it into a match day squad other than perhaps early in the fa cup.

...Flabbergasted is a super word! :emoticon-0103-cool:

:emoticon-0102-bigsm Nice word Fran! Well i managed to incorporate flabbergasted into saints related talk.
Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to use discombobulated in saints related forum talk

    Good luck 00Fran

On Boxing Day, I was discombobulated to realise that they had run out of paper towels in the toilets at SMS.
