He is reportedly in advance talks to join us as first team coach to replace Pelach. This would be a great move imo, he has been getting praise for his work at the Gunners.

 

I’d really like this, I wondered in the summer if he might be one we looked at to replace Wagner

 

The Norwich Evening News were reporting this as a done deal 4 hours ago, with an article by Samuel Seaman profiling Wilshere and how he fits the bill as the replacement for Pelach. The article in now also on the Pink Un web site.
