Is it me or is he really over-hyped? I don't know how many people are watching the warm-up match at Bloomfield Road in preparation for the real game, but Wilshere keeps misplacing passes and I don't think he has done anything that special to be rated as highly as he is. I see him as a steady player who won't do anything spectacular. What do you make of him?
He's technically very good. That's why he's hyped up. If he was at Barca, he'll probabbly be in there reserves and nobody would notice him.
He's English, young and plays for Arsenal, so will always be overhyped. Also has a horrible attitude on the pitch.
I like him as a footballer, and I think he's a very good player. I've seen him control games at times which is remarkable for someone of his age. He's a whiny little **** though, and because he's part of the next "golden" generation he seems to be able to get away with what he wants on Twitter, while others such as Babel and Cole get punished.
& off. He does loads of ****, but the media have already decided not to publicize it the way they did Carrolls when he was here, because he plays for Arsenal.
He's a very good player, not at his best the day but as with anything to do with England international news, his ability is blown out of proportion by the media.
