Evening Arsenal fans. Fairly exciting game, both had the best of a half, disappointed to not get the 3 points when 2-0 up.

Anyway, on to my point. Wilshere, what a player he is. Forget the Spaniard, the German and even the striker from Psych. The guy picks it up everywhere and can seemingly do anything. Actually think England fair a better chance than in past tournaments, with he and Gerrard together.

Wilshere is a very very good player. He would walk into the Madrid first team, or any team.

He's a talent that only comes around once in a while.

I actually said just before he came back from his injury that he'd probably struggle this season

    So wrong..

We'd stand an even better chance if Gerrard was nowhere near the squad.

So young Jack had another cracker then, eh?

I know he is loyal to Arsenal and all that, but this is a player that has the talent to play and star for any of the European giants. If we do not improve and start competing for those major trophies, then sooner or later his talent will dictate where he plays and what level.

Sadly, this is the truth. It would be a shame to see someone like Jack not win anything in his career. So can we sign some world class players to match his talent please Arsene?

We have years and years before Wilshere hs any interest in leaving us regardless of how we do. He has made it clear he is very happy here and not interested in going elsewhere and jsut signed his new contract - let's save worrying about him leaving for a few years shall we? :p

Have to say that I thought Ramsey had an excellent game as well. Cazorla for me was the weakest of the three, but I don't think that is terrible they were all good. Honestly I thought everyone played well bar the full backs. Gibbs wasn't great even before his injury.

You seriously thought Mert, Verm and Ches had good games?

They were very poor. Not unlucky, just poor.

I really hope he never joins a team that was favoured by a fascist dictatorship

He has many great attributes, but the way he glides past people really is his outstanding attribute and that is what separates him from other midfielders. He just takes out two or three players in a game time and time again when he goes on one those runs. That was thing that he was still searching for when he first returned from his injury, but now he has that again, there is little stopping him from becoming one of the best.
