One of my work colleagues who works at our Southampton office lives in Poole, and is a big supporter of non-league Poole Town. He mentioned to me the other day that young Jack Maloney who is currently on loan from Pompey to Poole; to give him some regular game time; is an absolute revelation in their first team, playing either as a winger, as a striker, or just behind the front two, and is scoring quite a few goals ! He says that Jack reads the game well. Let's hope he can do a "Jed Wallace" who came back to Pompey after a successful loan period at Whitehawk and got into the PFC first team and started knocking the goals in.
