Every day there's a quality player who could have improved us that signs for someone else, every day one of our rivals shows ambition. We're still waiting.

750k for a player of his age, ability and versitility is a steal. shows are lack of ambition that we couldnt pay that for him tbh

Perhaps Grayson just doesn't rate him?

It still comes back to lack of ambition, though, because Bates hasn't shown the ambition to get a manager with good judgement.

It's all about the wage budget and just been announced in the YEP that the Preston keeper has decided not to come due to a massive divide in wages. So he was obviously on more wages at preston, and he's now going to bench warm elsewhere rather than get regular first team football, which means our wages are crap.

Sick to death of hearing Bates and Grayson tell us players will walk over broken glass to play for this club, it's not true, as the last 2 windows closed without the players we were 'targeting' coming in. We may as well keep Grella and put him between the sticks.

We are way behind at least 8 clubs this season as all the best players are going elsehwere, and we're just waiting around to see what Prem sqauds get announced, to see if we can get some loan players again. West Ham, Birmingham, Blackpool (All with massive parachute payments) Leicester, Hull, Ipswich, Midlesbro, Portsmouth, Forest, Cardiff, Southampton and Brighton ....... We are screwed before we even kick a ball as we are going to have to hope that Clayton, Nunez, Lees, White, Parker are up to the task of filling the void, along with Paddy if he's anywhere near being back. But the stement by Grayson saying that Bessone is getting another chance leaves me crying
