Hull City to sign Jack Barmby? Newly promoted Premier League side Hull City are considering a loan move for Manchester United's left winger Jack Barmby. The youngster is the son of Hull City legend Nick Barmby. The talented 19 year old has burst onto the scene for Man Utd's youth and reserve teams, and Hull are considering a loan move for the youngster. The youngster is comfortable playing on the left flank, through the middle or even up front, and Hull's manager Steve Bruce is hopeful that a deal can be agreed for the player in the next two weeks.

Has anyone seen him play? It's a big gamble for an unproven youngster without a league start. Can't see it happening myself, he'll go to a lower league side for some experience, Leicester for example. Rather we went for Ryan Tunni........... oh **** off Carmine you boring bastard.

Can't see this being true. United send their youngsters on loan to the Championship first and if they do well, to a Prem side after that. Also we have too much to lose using a lad who has virtually no first team experience under his belt.

From what I've been told, he is very much like his old man but better. 2 very good feet and quick with it. Can't see it though to be honest. I'd have thought that if he was going out on loan, it would be to a team in a lower division for a few months first, not to a new team in the premier who will probably have a fight on there hands.
