I was down to work the weekend of May 5th but today I decided that I couldnt risk leaving it late and potentially have to work during the final. I now have cup final weekend off. Call it tempting fate but if its fate vs Martin O'Neill im in Marty's corner. This is destiny!!!! Come on Sunderland!!!!!!
At least you'll have a free weekend for the cup final....no matter who is in it............. Remember in days gone-by, the FA cup final was the main event, no matter who was playing.....how it's changed.
I should be working at a conference from the Friday to the Monday, however it has been agreed that ifwe get to the final AND I get a ticket I can jump on a train on the morning of the final and get back in time for the Sundays sessions. Nice to have understanding employers!
My brother gets married at Lumley Castle on the 4th May, then one of my best mates is getting married on the 6th May in Masham N.Yorks, fingers crossed there'll be a trip to Wembley in between !!
Our kid is 40 May 8th and I'm 37 Cest, both Chester lads, I'm live in York now though - setting off for C-le-S now to pick him up ! FTM
