I've been waiting for Man Utd to benefit from an incorrect call from the officials because I just knew all the decisions that have gone against Man Utd would instantly be forgotten and the bullshit cries of "Man Utd get all the decisions" would return. So boring and predictable. By the way, it appears the ABUs are right when they say Sir Alex is the only manager who can say what he likes and get away with it (ignoring that he often gets banned and/or fined) - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...g-linesman-offside-Robin-van-Persie-goal.html ABUs are so ****ing thick, honestly.
TBF, Fergie does say pretty much what he wants and gets away with it most of the time but thats because he says things in the right way. Direct comments accusing the referee of being biased is not allowed and will result in punishment, Fergie will say it in way so not to get punished: Eg..."he made a lot of bad decisions today, not much else could have gone in their favour" (I made that up before someone asks when he said it ) That comment is about the game and performance of the official and therefore not breaking the FA's (albeit, stupid) rules. Credit to Fergie and Man Utd for reading the rule book.
And to be completely fair, most managers do exactly the same. Heck, Benitez made a whole press conference out of saying what he wanted and got away with it. Ultimately Berb's problem is not with the FA, but the one eyed opposition fans who try to make out SAF is the only one who ever pulls something like that.
That comes part and parcel with being successful. The media obviously focus on you guys more, especially the BBC since they moved to your back garden. Of course, you guys would notice it more too with it being about the club you love. I'm sure I notice more things about Liverpool than you guys do too.
I was expecting you to to tell us of how you have dreamt of United winning the title at Arsenal but maybe we will see that if we beat Villa
I love other fans constantly moaning about us. It just shows how our poor, in decline team is still such an important part of their life
nearly there...Got to beat Villa at OT... This will set us up nicely for the emirates...if Spurs beat or draw against City, we may not even need to beat Arsenal. Killing 2 birds with one stone: winning the title AND seriously affect Arsenal chances getting into the CL.
