The place for all of your deadline day musings, lets' gaan fooking mental! Purple dildo's at the ready. Think we might get one more "over the line" and a few shipped out. I'd be tempted to keep Murphy, Aarons and Gayle and Sorensen and let the rest go out on loan or be sold. It's not the same without old melty face redknapp leaning out of his car window announcing that he's signed Kranjcar......again !!
lets face it I would be mighty surprised if we get anyone significant coming in there will be more going out than coming in
Murphy off to Sheff Wed for a medical No Aarons in the squad either, so possibly Ibe loan move may happen
Probably - but Murphy seems to be going nowhere, so may as well give someone else a try - it might work (or not)…..
done deal West Ham have completed the £8m signing of 22-year-old Switzerland international striker Albian Ajeti from FC Basel. Ajeti scored 15 goals in 35 games for the Swiss side last season and was part of the Switzerland squad that competed in the Nations League tournament at the end of last season. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm suprised we didn't go for him- seems to be better value than what we bought for a fifth of the cost
Bit random, but thought I'd chuck it in...……. According to L’Equipe, Newcastle are in talks with Bordeaux over a potential deal for Francois Kamano – the versatile forward who bagged 13 goals in Ligue 1 last season. The French outlet claim that the Guinea international is available for €15m (£13.8m), with Bordeaux happy to conclude a deal quickly in their desperate bid to raise cash this summer. Kamano, 23, can play anywhere in a front three, with him actually being someone who the club were regularly linked with towards the back end of 2018 – suggesting he’s well and truly on the clubs database. Scouting trips were reported after his impressive start to the 2018/19 Ligue 1 campaign, scoring 7 goals in Bordeaux’s first 11 games, however no move materialised in the January window that followed. Might be an option if Aarons and Murphy go - probably better than Ibe
Seems as though Spurs would be happy to let Wanyama go out on loan this season - If Hayden goes would be a good loan I think.
I'd love to sign Wanyama. Upgrade on Hayden and his brutality is exactly what we need. We'd be well set with him and Hayden, Shelvey and Longstaff. That would be a quality midfield quartet to fight out two spots. We could ship Ki and Colback.
yay!! the return of the purple dildo!!!!! my favourite day of the year! Apart from Pouchies Wife's birthday when I get steak with the BJ. @Warm Pouch please confirm.
