After the boards backing this week i reckon they would lose face by sacking ranieri now. I reckon they will give him the champions league games with the league games

    millwall
    seville
    liverpool
    hull
    arsenal
    seville

by that stage we will undoubtedly be in the bottom three - then they will make the change with 11 league game to go.

not unless we spank liverpool, hull and arsenal :emoticon-0101-sadsm

I fear that the days when we spank other teams may be a little way off. As for us being spanked, well that's a different matter.

We lost 5-0 to Porto - shudder to think what Seville will do to us...

    Frank de Boer for me.

Better to sack him whilst we are still in the champions league as we can then probably attract a better candidate

Apparently he is 'threatening' changes. I wonder whether he will start with the CL or wait until the FA Cup.

Let's see if he is as good as his word, and which areas of the team he thinks are a problem. If he changes the centre of the back four that might take a little time for an understanding to gel. Benalouane was getting some rave reviews on here, but the opposition was the Derby reserve team and he still looked to have a mistake in him. It will be a case of showing conviction with his changes and going with them for a run of games and not be tempted to revert back to players that have already shown that they are not up to it this season. Buckle up chaps, it could be an even squeakier bum ride from here.

Could play Benny with Amartey and Wague as a back 3 with Albrighton and Chilwell as wing backs ... both Amartey and Wague played as centre-backs in ACON and gained some noticeable plaudits for their performances ... if I see Wes aimlessly flinging himself about rather than just marking his fookin' man again I'll be choking on the feathers I'm already spitting ..<grr>
