What a gorgeous morning it was when out with Osca on our early morning walk, I’m sure I could hear the gentle sound of the waves caressing the shore and the rustle of the palm trees, Coxhoe park is a wondrous place.

The good news today is we have some football, I know before you say it, its not proper football but it is 22 men on a green field kicking a round ball. Not that all in white I will through it at you and you use that lump of wood to hit it stuff.

We then have BGT grand final and that soap star to opera star thing so everyone in your household will be happy for at least part of the day. Miserable as sin for the rest I know but look at the positive side, if the person she wants to win BGT does win, well a happy lady at bed time could lead to that little extra treat, thank god Oscar does not like BGT.

It will be good to have a day free of the endless drivel churned out by our esteemed press who know that this players has signed and that player has agreed to leave. They fail, or ignore, the fact that players and managers are either on holiday, international duty or in our case in hospital getting some part of the anatomy fixed.

Its a sad state of affairs when BC’s scoops are more reliable than the newspapers, did I just say that.

Whatever part of this big Sunderland world you wake from or prepare for sleep in, enjoy your day/night and we can cross off one more day towards the big kick of and normality returning.

What's BGT final?

Another day of 35c, thank god for air-con. Havn't even looked at any footy sites yet, as actually been busy today,

But looking forward to the England game, and see what team Crapello puts out, and see how well the over paid cream of England fair.

Got it, a variety program on every night, sounds like fun.

So tonight it's Britian Got Talent, and Let's see if England under the twat has talent.

My source has confirmed that I am going out on the piss to watch some egg chasing....not going to be a good match. Apparently Wales have picked an ex-ballroom dancer today as Hook is getting married and all the tidy players are there instead of the match! Enjoyo!

Swansea, do you watch a lot of rugby?

I have a very good friend that used to captain wales, Spike Watkins...

I think Spike was a bit before my time.....when did he play?

Mid eighties i think, didn't get capped till about 30 as he was always in too much bother.

He's a good bit older than me, but still a fruitcake and strong as an ox. And never shuts up, and hates footy and the amount they get paid.

One of lifes gifts, living in Holland, is my tv provider, does not gIve ITV, hence no BGT, happy days and nights,

one thing though Syd,,,,,Im always impressed that you ALWAYS know what day it is,
