It's quieter sure but... (this forum)

It's a lot more friendly and a lot less snarky / cliquey.

As this slowly gains more members the forum will rise again.

 

And destroy all those who stand before us.

The membership is larger than you think, some of us post on more than one forum, you'll notice posters popping in from time to time who joined ages ago, but post less often now.

 

Don't think the forum has ever had a problem with cliques etc. Sure a load who left for pastures new were very pally, but never found any problems to be honest.

Was a great forum, is a great forum and will continue to be regardless of the members.

The people that left did so because of the disruption by the GC mob. They were all a great part of a great team and the forum suffered because of the loss of them. The forum is still great but it would be greater if we had them back.

 

I think he just removed the fingers of some of them to replace his own that had dropped off, thus making it impossible for them to type.

 

Shame they left but many claimed it had little to do with the GC stuff and they simply needed their own forum. Like you I thought it was the GC thing. Each has their own opinion on that saga to be fair, I personally felt it was a bit of an overeaction and some had simply went looking to be offended. It matters not now but I assume they're happy with the new forum.

As said at the time this place will go on and so it has proven with new members signing up. The more the merrier and the old members would be welcomed back. Like I say I never felt there any sort of negative clique when they were here, just a good set of lads/lasses.

 

It was because we wanted a dedicated section to post non-football stuff that wasn't infested with no life mongs.

BTW we're all very friendly and there are no 'cliques'!

I suspect next year when you move back towards mid table many fans on here might post a bit less and your board might decline again. Such is the ups and downs of this forum it seems.

I am just nervous about finishing above you lads this year . Lets think about next year after the summer!

 

Even when we were in The Championship our board was one of the best and nothing has changed we are still one of the best, even if our numbers have declined.

 

I think we are going to come up short, however I'm already happy with 5th so it's a no lose situation for us boys.

 

Thats the problem. You lads are already happy with your season whatever happens now (and thats not an offence its just the way it is). Whereas if we dont get 3rd it will be a disaster for us given how long we have made it into the cl for
