    It always amazes me that when the manager is sacked it seems the norm to replace him with the assistant manager/ 1st team coach. Surely this person was part of the managment team that has got your team in to your current position. Hutchings was a flop at Bradford & Walsall when he manahed in his own right. Lets hope a new manager is found soon, but looking for a top quality manager comes at a cost and will your owner pay the going rate.
