    Is it?

<<< Dragging on a King Edward as I type. :p

I've' been smoking 50 years any damage done is done, no way I'm giving up on one of the few things I still enjoy.

I ****ing hate you mr! But seriously mate. I wasn't a light smoker. 30 -'40 a day. Money wise that's my mortgage. H
Health wise, I'm RAF Sgt attached to sf and need to prove that not all RAF are chubby wasters and can command respect

Quit yesterday. Been piss easy so far. Happy and don't see myself smoking again.

Look up Allen Carr's 'Easyway to stop smoking'. Even if you don't end up quitting it's a really good read.

I tried to stop when Maggie put the prices up.
Failed miserably and had to have Hamlet cigars when in the pub.
Ended up I was smoking 20 Hamlets a day. :p
I did end up giving up on ready made cigarettes though and have been on Old Holborn or Golden Virgin for 20 years.
Still love my cigars though, got the King Edwards off the kids for my birthday along with the whisky and extra packs of Hamlets.
There's more smoke goes in my lungs than fresh air. :p

Hope you both manage to do it.
    As it is your choice.
I just hate the tobacco Nazis who go over the top and some of the worst ones are ex smokers.

I smoked for 12 years 20-30 a day and am just going cold turkey. Anyone can do it! I blasted through the book in a couple of days, didn't particularly want to quit at the start but having read the book I'm delighted and really hope it sticks.

I don't dislike it or like it to be honest. I get nowt from it, barely notice that I'm doing it, and don't like the effects so am probably lucky in that respect!

Awesome! But I wouldn't be happy on a 400 metre range with live rounds with people that think the same way. Reckon I need a change in job

One of the silliest things I have read ever.
    I ****ing love smoking.
I love the taste, with baccy and cigars I love the flavour.
I have just let the cigar go out itself and lit a ****ing cigarette haahahahaha

They will invent some health problem that weed causes trust me. (Massive increase in ingrown toenails.)

For me weed just makes me feel nauseous, Ill stick with my ***s and whisky.
Even though I have been told weed could help with my back pain.

Strange one. Remember at the cannon when they still advertised ibertsons butchers and that mad advert for ka ora? They did an advert for smokers where they'd have no hair, git long fingers ( the first two) and a body re designed for smoking?

Good luck on the giving up mate.

I gave up after 30 years of smoking using Carrs book and patches. Worked for me , might be worth a try for you.
