http://www.london24.com/sport/footb..._despite_chants_during_norwich_loss_1_3951331 So says the Luzor But, don't worry Luzor has a plan Nice to know we are in safe hands with plans like that AllHell
I salute your command of foreign languages. Yet another in the Pardew 'post defeat press conference' mould. People won't get behind the likes of Buloy, Buyens and Bikey if they can see they can't be bothered.
Quote from Luzon. “The first half we run too much but we could win possession,” Luzon said. Does anyone know what that means? Because I don't have a clue.
He's hardly going to win the fans over by doing a pardew impression. The fans were wrong to sing "You're getting sacked in the Morning" though. roland doesn't judge his managers by results, and I reckon Luzon is safe as long as he doesn't grow a pair and start dropping roly's favourites. That stupid crouch is so annoying, although it's probably the position he adopts when he enters rolo's office.
In all fairness Henderson aside that was the same XI that had such a great start to the season. I don't know what that means...
4 games in, and already Luzon looks totally out of his depth. Anyone know what the tactics were last night ? One up front (a midget) and smack high balls to him. Bulot was clearly picked by RD- an absolute imposter of footballer. The pleasing thing was the abuse that Luzon got at half time. A couple of fans in the Lower West had to be held back, and I personally went down to the front as close to the tunnel as possible to tell Luzon what I thought of him. This will be the quickest managerial tenure in our history - he will make Les Reed look like Fergie. I can see it turning ugly on Saturday.
Charlton situation feels so automatic and scripted, copping the chants and abuse would have been expected, to what level doesnt really matter. I just feel that regardless of how ugly it gets, Luzon stays for a while yet. I havent seen this before for a team i follow, the feeling that the results and losing genuinely do not matter to the owner and/or coach. It's flabbergasting.
we watched luzon come out for the first half, several fans reached out to hand shake - he ignored them. walked on the line of the pitch instead. with all the bad press he's getting you would have thought that he would try to win a few people onside. the man is about as useful as speedos in a desert. i left at half time. i cant watch that dross, and as spirited as the fightback might have been, we were always going to luz. we'll go down. if you feel like taking a positive out of the situation, start lumping your bets on us luzing every week.
Interesting also that reports are emerging of quote "horror stories" about Luzon at the training ground (source- Rick Everitt)
roland may not actually attend matches, but his presence permeates The Valley like a rancid smell. Building a successful club with a winning team is not part of the Network plan. Success is not rewarded at rolo's Charlton; Luzon's failure at Liege was rewarded with a job at Charlton. Buyens' continual poor displays are rewarded with automatic selection. There is of course criticism of the booing, but there shouldn't be, because the alternative is apathy, in fact even with Norwich bringing about 3000 there were only about 10,000 there last night. Anyway Luzon said that he likes pressure, so he should be in clover now. Can roland's soul-less presence kill our club? I don't see any point in "bringing him to the table" or trying to start a dialogue with him. The only hope is to find a way of getting him out.
I have just watched a video on You Tube of Liege fans storming RDs office, and confronting him. RD could not have given a toss. He smirks. Do you think a meeting of 250 fans 1000 miles away with rattle him?
Very sensible of him. The only reason anyone would want to shake his hand would be to pass him the black spot.
I heard it was all smiles for Luzon after the game, wondering around the stadium. It didn't look good to fans/sponsors/club employees..
