It's hard to find room for Adel Taarabt, says Neil Warnock

    18 Nov 2011

Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock today admitted he is finding it difficult to find a place in his team for controversial forward Adel Taarabt.

The Morocco international was hauled off at half-time in the 3-1 defeat at Tottenham and was then left out of the starting line-up for the home defeat by Manchester City two weeks ago. He will also miss out again at Stoke tomorrow.

Warnock said: "He did have a problem with an upset stomach before the City game but we have also changed our tactical outlook since last season and it has been more difficult for him."

Warnock added: "If Paris Saint-Germain offered £20million, I'd drive him there myself!.

"He has been away with Morocco, so he probably won't be involved this weekend. It has been difficult to get Adel into the system we are playing."

This really does sound like the end of Adel, everything Neil says here is a clear indication that he is happy to let him go in January.

Even though I was against it at the time, it is a pity that Taarabt didn't leave in the summer. We would have got more for him and his legacy would have been intact. I really thought that he would do a job for us in the Premiership but clearly Warnock no longer believes in him.

I personally don't want to see him go. Would prefer he is given another chance. But if he does go, hope they put some of that money into luring Defoe. I think I would wet myself with delight if he were to join

Ps - If he was sold, how much do you reckon clubs would be willing to spend on him? I would say at a very maximum due to this seasons poor form £4-5 mil

Things are never what they seem.
He can't go until Jan ..plenty of time yet
If we are to believe the doubters then who would buy him? PSG never made a confirmed bid did they?
It was all talk then as it is now

Listening to Neil today don't think there is a way back for Adel now.

Is there room upstairs, of a 220 bus to Wandsworth Arndale centre?

We could carry him in the championship but not now sadly

This could be Warnock geeing Taarabt up a little with those man management skills that some of you don't believe he has.

Taarabt will come off the bench with an "I'll show you" attitude.

So much for Taarabt In My Kitchen.

Obviously doesn't like the kitchen. How about the lounge?

Sadly I think that he may have already left the kitchen, and is now half way through the lounge and rapidly heading for the back door....
