SAME OLD SAINTS, ALWAYS LOSING TO LOWER TEAMS!! Ridiculous! Why can't we play like Brighton and be unbeatable! We should be killing off these types of games! Very depressed and frustrated Saint at the moment! Hope they prove me wrong this second half! COYR!
I don't want to sound pessimistic or anything but after listening to that commentry we sound awful! I can't believe how we can play so differently in such a short space of time!
If we are playing as bad as it sounds then we don't deserve to go up! On another note I have always supported Kelvin when others have slagged him off but apparently he has made another howler tonight! KELVIN, I'M SORRY BUT YOUR TIME IS UP!
you are dead right its simply not good enough to lose this type of game at this time in the season when we are already so far behind brighton, i know the title has gone but with so many away games left we will do well to finish second. I personally have never been Adkins biggest fan and i don't think he knows how to set teams up to play counter attacking football, there is no way in the world we should concede 2 goals to any team in this league let alone rochdale.
The thing is we showed be an attacking team and shouldn't be afraid to go in hard or take shots when it's a 50/50 chance etc... We try and walk it in game after game. I just want to see us pull together a run of 20ish games with 95% being wins!! Like Brighton have done this season! They may not be prolofic but they get the job done and 3 points in the bag!
We have actually played poorly the last 2 games against Charlton and Orient. Tonight we had 18 shots and 11 crosses which is actually better than the last 2 games. The positive: a kick up the backside - watch out Rovers!
