Warnock was talking to the Alan Brazil show on talk sport yesterday tell them that our Summer spending Spree (if you can call it that) is by no mean over, and expects the majority of our squad to come in the next few weeks. Why the hell in recent seasons have we always waited to til the last minute to get players in???

Warnock was also talking about Paddy Kenny, this one won't go away.

How many more players do we need to sign. Do we expect White, McCormack, Snodds and Clayton to depart???

Morning all. Not feeling too frisky at the moment. Just finished our annual breakfast run. 5am start to get to Farringdon for 7am. A run round, follwed by breakfast & a couple of pints. Now back to work. It's going to be a long day!!!

At last its FRIDAY! Got the Jager chilling, its going to be a messy one

 

nice...had many a brekkie round there...especially after been to fabric and turnmills

 

I suppose we can all like 2 teams,but love only one?

 

According to reports in the Yorkshire Evening Post, newly-promoted Huddersfield Town are stepping up their interest in Leeds United striker Ross McCormack. Huddersfield boss Simon Grayson signed McCormack during his time in charge at Leeds.

 

Cosmic, it would be bad enough to lose Ross to anyone at the moment. But to lose him to a fellow Yorkshire team, & one that is hardly going to be pushing for promotion anytime soon, & to our esteemed former manager, that would just be too much to take. Let's hope it's all a big wind up.

Next couple of weeks promises to be interesting. Hopefully we'll learn of more incomings, a lot of outgoings of those that Warnock feels are surplus to re quirements, & either a takeover or a big injection of cash.

 

If Grayson liked Ross so much why did he bench him at the peak of his season

 

Injuries? Loss of form? Dressing room difficulties? burn out? Not sure YW, but let's hope he re-signs & comes back firing. It will also be interesting to see how Somma gets on pre-season. Somma, Becchio, & Ross all competing for two slots or rotating to keep them fresh is a potentially exciting prospect; even more so if we keep Snoddy & Rodgers comes good.
