    Ramirez has been selected for the Brazilian Olympic squad. The papers in Sao Paulo are reporting he is to run in the 100 mtrs, 200mtrs 400 mtrs and 1500mtrs. apparently he prefers the 10k but they already have a world champion in that event. He may however be selected to do the marathon. Hope he comes back next season nice and refreshed after that relaxing summer. Amazing guy!

    I'd have a few bob on him for all but the 100mtrs. That Carribean bloke looks a bit handy there. Actually Ramierz could run in all the events in the one night.
    We should rename him "Duracell", he's like the bloody Bunny, turn him on and let him go and he never stops!!
