since I have looked forward this much to a football match that did not involve Sunderland, tonight is the night I do.

Chelsea v Barcelona on ITV hopefully will be an intriguing encounter and not a let down.

I also enjoy Mr Keane s punditry and still expect him to slap Adrian Childs before the end of the season, poor Gareth looks scared to death to me and will often receive one of Keano's stares.

I cant see Chelsea getting much joy but the intrigue for me is in the Chelsea team, Torres, will he score, the old much maligned guard that seem to be saving their season and the stand in manager who is earning the job but we all somehow know he wont get it.

Roll on 7.30, will you be watching?

Can't wait for this one Syd.
I don't if it's just me but I love watching Messi and co. I can't stand however watching foreign league Footy, I've just got no interest in it.
Just hope it's as good as Man U's little Barca lesson last year.

I watch Sess week in week out and think, what a player. Then I watch Messi and think, who is Sess.

I like watching Messi, as without him Barca would be just another club playing pissy passy football, winning 1 - nil while having 90% of possession in midfield (a lot like Spain in the World Cup)

However, I will be wanting Chelsea to win, cos I like the underdogs and they need revenge for that semi-final where the referee got the important decisions wrong

    on that note:

Barca have scored 96 league goals this season, 41 of them scored by Messi and he has 13 assists. Thats 56% of all Barca league goals that can be directly attributed to Messi.

Barca without Messi is like "Death by Cocolate" without the chocolate. Just another cake.

Messi is just a joy to watch !

I've heard a few times lately journalists and pundits on Sky mention he's never scored against Chelsea - or is it just John Terry ?

    Talk about tempting fate !!

Why does Keano always start his sentences with the word listen?

Be a cracking game, I don't fancy Chelsea, but I'm not ruling it out.

They owe Barca one, and this seasons Barca is not last seasons Barca...

It's gonna be a good un.

Keane is great TV - simply because of the stares and the fact that he looks like he could stand up and start a massacre at any moment - especially when someone disagrees with him!!
