Thought we should have a thread to blame it all on Warnock. If you feel any of our current problems are of his making this is the place to vent your fury!
This is obviously just my personal opinion and I said as much on here last year. I think Warnock was brought in to actually stop us getting relegated last season and not the promotion that a few were dreaming about. The clown nearly even screwed that up with the engineering of Becchio's departure. I reckon Bates saw him as a safe pair of hands well he was getting out of dodge!
Grayson would've kept us from getting relegated last season, and the season before that, so I doubt that was why Warnock was brought in. All we do know is that the one season wonder plan definitely didn't work
I don't think we should turn this into a thread making NW responsible for absolutely everything, but......................... .................well, the wife's watching the royal baby emerge from hospital, and there IS something a bit familiar about that face...................... If Kate insists on naming him Colin, and the child has an unfortunate speech idiosyncracy where he says sing-Ger and wing-Ger, then I think questions may be asked about those visits to Cornwall the royal couple had last year..............
Sorry, but you can say what you want about Warbock & Bates, but fact is, this time last season they signed Pearce, Austin, Drury, Kenny, Peltier, Varney, Ashdown. Norris, Diouf, Hall & Tonge. Might have turned out to be a crock of **** that you can't sell now, but I bet Varney scores more than Smith and Hunt put together this season
