I expect the game to be postponed. They won't let a night game go ahead if these idiots carry on.

Disgusting what these morons are up to I hope they're all jailed for a long time.

By all accounts in London some of the football firms are on the streets helping stop the looters. It's all over Facebook, never thought I'd see the day, if it's true of course

A number of Premier League fixtures scheduled for this weekend are in doubt as a result of the rioting seen in London and in other parts of the country.

On Tuesday, the Premier League and Football League issued a statement saying they were "in talks with our London clubs, the police and authorities in regard to the staging" of this weekend's matches in the capital.

But following an esculation of violence in other parts of the country on Tuesday night, it is feared that games outside London could also be cancelled.

Tuesday's statement had added that "there is no reason to think any matches outside of London will be affected", but it was released before trouble was seen in the West Midlands, Manchester and elsewhere.

Saturday's Premier League fixtures that were in doubt are Tottenham v Everton, Fulham v Aston Villa and QPR v Bolton.

But following Tuesday night's trouble, there are now doubts over West Bromwich Albion's game at home to Manchester United on Sunday as well as Manchester City v Swansea on Monday night.

A further statement is expected to be made on Thursday.

I hear they're looking for a new police chief in London. I hope you've applied for the job. After you've sorted the looters out, can you then please sort out the bankers and politicians. With those three groups sorted out we should have quite a nice country again.
