We usually beat teams in friendlies, then get ripped apart when it actually matters. Probably because the teams we play take those games seriously. So I wouldn't be surprised if we won, we shouldn't take anything away from it, unless it was a Germany 5-1esque performance.
Why would I do that? I wouldnt wear an England or Italy shirt cos a) I dont own any and b) I dont give two ****s about England or Italy football teams. On the flipside I also have never and would never support another country over England. I wont be watching anyway, I never watch England except at major tournaments.
Not sure what we do. Barkley behind Rooney and Kane would be an option but I don't think he's been great lately. Walcott might be a better option but it'd mean a front three with Rooney out wide which is also not ideal.
