Flyer, if you were him, who would you choose? Sadly, we don't have a record of bringing on our own youngsters, let alone foreign ones...
Players often reject bigger clubs because they never get a chance, who would go to the scum except for money. What about our youth player that went to spurs in never to be heard of again? He knows he will have a better chance of getting into the first team here, he may also prefer London as well. Its not totally cut and dried.
I'd like to see him come to us, the problem is Liverpool do have a history of bringing through their youngsters! I do think we need cover at right back though... Or is the American defender still with us?
