How is it that Marty has been a big success EVERYWHERE he has been a manager yet here, after the initial few months, it's all going flat. Is it a lack of Robertson? Is he out of touch? Is it the players? Does he need more time? or is it something else? I think he will come good given more time and I certainly do not want him gone.
