Manager cavorting on the pitch, high fiving the mascot, weepy players doing a lap of honour.

Quite amusing to see such a 'big' club getting so emotional about a win over little old Hull City.

Cavorting <doh> Our players always applaud the fans after a game and i dont think they were weeping lol.
Let it go mate you sound bitter, just remember your great team you keep talking about was built by NP,bit of gratitude wouldnt go a miss.
Good luck for the rest of the season :emoticon-0150-hands

what would you know about cup finals?? a home match v dull will never be a cup final 2-1 on your big day out our players were clapping the fans like they do after home game. I suppose that was a strange sight for you as yours just trudge off after failing to score or register a chance all game. Why create a thread like this nearly 2 days after youve been beaten you bitter sod, get over it, we will be ahead of you this time next week.

So your players do a lap of honour after every game?

Nigel Pearson then goes and puts his hand up to the away supporters, and then himself does a lap of honour, going on the pitch and shaking the hand of every single player on the pitch after every single game does he? He also hugs the mascot after every single match?

Personally i don't dislike your fans, and your team is a good side who deserved to win. I just felt the banter between the fans was fairly good, but the lengths you went to celebrate the match afterwards was ridiculous, you can't deny that.

I expect the usual bitter Hull fan reply, but NP is a good manager and one i was sad to see go, mainly as he stook Walshy with him.

Actually mate the players do walk round the pitch especially kasper,he perhaps put his hand up to you as some way of goodbye as he did to us when you played us last season.
Personnally i celebrated after the match because we have a habit of letting in last minute goals lol and when Danns went off i thought thats what would happen.
Now your not trying to tell me that your fans didnt over celebrate when you beat us at yours are you

Like i said good luck for the rest of the season

You radio station kept stating how much it hurt losing to your old manager. Yet you say it was our cup final.

I agree with you about letting go. The animosity between the sets on means talk can get quite heated, but i don't think many actually care about each other that much. Personally I don't class this as a rivalry, and it'll blow over sooner rather than later.

However, i don't agree on the bit about Pearson. I wasn't happy when he left, i felt he did a good job here, but if he thinks we didn't respect him when he was here (twf as an exception) then he's a twat. His interview after the match was pathetic. I very much doubt you'd like your ex-manager if he'd just ditched your team and not even give them a reason. Apparently he never even told the players of his departure.

Yeah it’s my favourite. Nah, I just couldn't get to the game on Saturday and don't really like listening to our radio station plus it makes it more interesting to listen to other clubs and get their verdict on your own. Your guys were actually quite complimentary about us tbf.

Oh come on you lot stop being in denial it WAS your cup final yesterday and you know it <laugh>

Anyway more seriously, I was surprised at the amount of people I spoke to about Pearson that hate the bloke, I thought there'd be a lot of praise for him but literally everyone was slating him and saying they hope he's gone in the summer. I know all my mates arent best pleased about having him there but respect him and think he's a good manager at least, just not the right man for the job. I was just pretty shocked at most the reactions from te randoms i got waffling away to.

I have no problem with Hull never have, perhaps the way he left was out of order but myself and many of my mates didnt want him to leave in the first place and was glad when he came back, you are doing ok with your new manager and good luck.
I would feel the same if he did it to us so understand why you feel that way,but i think both sets of fans need to draw a line under it and move on

I've no bones with Leicester, if we finish above them with our relative budgets we'll have done very well..
