    the playing surface looked wet and greasy tonight and i think they need to consider their footwear very carefully on saturday because this weather isnt going to improve.
    Having said all that the pitch looks brilliant and in spite of the wet and all the sliding around there were no divots kicked up---a far cry from the old filbert street sand pits at each end.
