not sure what I think about this fella tbh

He has been detained since 2002 without charge, which in itself is worrying and the whole innocent till proven guilty goes out of the window

the current decision works more in his favour than against him

I know he has a big beard etc etc however the case seems unsupported to a degree

So what has he been charged with?

 

detained WITHOUT charge

so much for the whole debate on how many days you can be held without charge

he is not the only one

there is plenty more in places like belmarsh

yeah but at least that would actually be a charge

at the moment he is in gaol, but why? nobody knows

to accuse someone being very 'dangerous', surely a charge would be easy?
