Massimiliano Allegri tells friends he’s leaving Juventus for Arsenal... http://metro.co.uk/2017/02/28/massi...g-juventus-for-arsenal-6479294/#ixzz4a06Gq931
You could be onto something, he is the coach who demanded that Andrea Pirlo not be offered a new contract at Milan as his perceived slow play was detrimental to the counter attacking style he wanted to play. After securing a free transfer Pirlo then went on to produce the best form of his career and prove to be one of the best players in the world... Also Juve fans were so angry at his appointment that they held a protest at the training ground during his first session.
If Allegri really is as **** as people say, I look forward to his appointment at Arsenal. ****ing entitled ****s. If they supported a lower league club, suicide rates would be through the roof.
I think he's done a brilliant job at Juve. Conte never got them anywhere in the Champions League, Allegri took them to a final. His only blot was being the first Juve manager in history to lose their first 2 games of a season, and they then lost the 3rd and I think from memory even drew the 4th. The fact that they recovered to win the title was impressive stuff.
He certainly wasn't great at Milan after his first title win, but that was a while ago and he's probably used that experience at Juve and improved.
