Jonny, I was really talking about team performance/tactics etc. Came to us with a great reputation, hasn't worked since. Championed Paul Okon above quality midfielders for some reason. #seriouslyflawed
WJ, having read the book, I now have a much better understanding why many managers have done some strange things.
TV came to Leeds for a quick million payout. Ridsdale cleverly put in his contract he would get a seven figure payout if sacked, I immediately had a bet TV would be gone by Feb. So now we had a crook whose only intention was to get sacked so he could bugger off to Spain fully loaded. Selecting Jason Burns regularly and labelling him as class said it all. TV did his best to get sacked, hated every second he was at ER the charlatan.
