I am starting to think so.
His treatment of Abraham, Gilmour and CHO in particular has been obscene.
His favourites, Pulisic, Werner play every game.
Much as I like Audi, he is definitely anti youth. Gallagher, Tomori ,CHO, Anjorin, Abraham, Gilmour all need to bugger off to where they are going to be played. Audi's just like Jose and Conte by his own admission, so no place for kids at Chelsea with this bloke.
He can definately improve players, but it seems he's not interested in developing players, despite what he says.
Judging him by actions , not words. he's just talk.
That's his prerogative, but less of the bollocks about players being "unlucky" and more truth please Audi.

This is the decision that Chelsea have to make. If you want trophies the kids don’t get a look in.

it might be different next season when TT has a bit more time on his hands but at the moment he’s been told to win something and salvage the season.

No is the short answer. Here is the long one. Tuchel is anti not good enough youth. Tomoroi was loaned out whilst Frank was in charge, Abraham has not and I may add never shown any special ability on the ball. He has given Gilmour a little taster but look who he is up against, Anjorin from what I have seen may make a very good player but I do not work with the lad and have to trust Tuchel's decisions. Gallacher has been on loan for quite a while now so how you can bundle him onto your package is beyond me Tuchel probably has not even met him for f***s sake. The only one that fits your bill is CHO who will, if he keeps on improving be a starter in times to come. Pulisic has started to look the player he was before his injury. So just Werner I agree but he is not a youth, at his age he should be in his prime , some good assists and a few tap-ins doesn't paper over the cracks for me. Have a nice day CP I can only assume you'd been on the wacky baccy before starting this thread.

Nope , not on the wacky backy unfortunately, just getting a bit tired of Audis' bollocks about "bad luck" when it comes to his selections.
It aint "bad luck" it's deliberate selection. The Germans, Werner, Havertz and Rudiger get loads of game time, while the non German ,Ziyech gets bugger all.
CHO, who was far more impressive than "Sick Note " Pulisic, until the former German player "recovered", has been given zero time, as has Gilmour and Abraham, who have been given the arse. . Anjorin , a really talented kid has disappeared.
Now given his responsibility, I get why Audi is doing it, but PLEASE stop the bollocks about how unlucky he thinks the kids are and tell the truth.
So far Audi , in my opinion, has improved Mount, Havertz, Werner, Alonso, Christensen and Rudiger, simply by playing them. He has not improved James, in fact he's gone backwards, Chilwell, Gilmour, Abraham,CHO or Pulisic,. Neither has he improved Kante, Kovacic or Jorginho, nor made them less effective.Kante and Kovacic were great before Audi, Jorginho remains so so.
What he has done is kept the kids out of the team . Smart? No doubt about it. But don't mount an argument about Audi not being anti kids. And Gallagher , perhaps our best midfield talent in years is already looking elsewhere.
I am unrepentant, I like and rate Audi, but like too many managers before him, the kids won't get a fair suck of the sauce bottle.

when lampard played lots of kids you complained they weren’t good enough and we needed to spend lots of cash in Jan 2020 transfer window to get fourth spot!

I think the reality is that Kid’s can be world beaters at their level, but at the very top it’s a different kettle of fish.

the old adage of if you’re good enough you’re old enough rings true here. Very few youth prospects actually are good enough. They’re good, great even, but look at the performances put in by Mount in comparison to Loftus-Cheek. There’s a reason you haven’t thought about him in a while, or indeed that he will be back playing for Chelsea any time soon.

Playing kids is all well and good but no amount of game time will make them the level they need to be. They get game time. They play every week, just not in the Prem.

Is TT anti-youth? No, he just knows who’s good enough and who’s fighting for their place.

He's been at the club five minutes, parachuted in mid season and CP is on his case.

Sad state of football culture we live in now: I want everything now now now

No I didn't, I said what I have always said, the best teams are a blend of youth and experience and Frank had too much youth and not enough experience in his starting line ups .And we all know how that ended with Alonso, Dave, Giroud and Rudiger watching on from the sidelines.
And I'm not on Audis' "case", I am simply asking the question by stating a fact that he's not been even handed with his starting line ups, which is his call, but he should stop saying certain players are "unlucky" when they are left out, when the truth is he has an obvious agenda to get Werner and Havertz firing at the expense of other players in better form.
It may well be he has been instructed to do so, and because of his skill set in selections and tactics, he has done better than get away with it. I have no idea, but time will tell.

Gilmour played on Saturday alongside Mount. An all academy central midfield

Tuchel was hired to get us back into top 4 and we have a decent chance.

He gave CHO a chance (a player you always slag off) but he was unprofessional so he was dropped.

Who would you play instead of Havertz? Tammy, another Chelsea youth player you moan about and say he isn't good enough too??

Is this thread a wind up?

He’s been here about 4 months and we look absolutely incredible. We haven’t looked this good of a team for years. He’s improved every single player. Hasn’t improved Kante? he ran both legs against Madrid. Havertz I’m starting to see why he cost so much. Chilwell looks transformed, Christensen is playing as good as I’ve ever seen him, as is Jorginho, Rudiger, Pulisic.

The guy is a genius and we’re VERY lucky to have him.

I would say he has got Kante back to his best form as a CM. He is not a lone holding DM and never has been.

    And also improved Jorghino hugely

We are just starting to see the reason why he keeps playing Werner and Havertz, because they have talent and just needed time to adjust to a new league. Not every player hits the ground running.
Rudiger he plays because he is the best CB at our club, and always has been, even when Frank turned him into a exile.

I personally would have given Abraham a few more appearances, but unfortunately I dont think he will ever be at the level we need, he has Aston Villa written all over him. He can be an effective sub from the bench, but if he wants first team footie he will have to move on.

Mount has made himself undroppable because he is at the level we need, and will get better hopefully.

Gilmour I am unsure of, I have seen him put in great performances, so I know he has it in his locker. I think he will end up coming good.
Same with Reece James, I think he has the talent to make it at Chels.

Tomori is not good enough and I think will be sold.

Is Tuchel Anti Youth? No, he is just anti getting fired, and the Youth werent all ready to take this team where it needed to be and playing them all got Frank fired. So Tuchel would have to be a pretty special retard to come in and do the exact same thing wouldnt he?

You are as always, selective and somewhat incorrect with your information. i was on CHOs case, about a year ago, when he was playing badly. Since Tuchels arrival I was one of the first to admit he had improved in leaps and bounds, and been calling for game time for months. Now you say it was for CHOs "unprofessionalism" ?? How is that??
Tammy Abraham I don't rate totally, but have been wondering why he hasn't been given the same chance to improve as Werner, Havertz, Kante, Jorginho, Rudiger, Dave, Christensen and the others getting game time. Apart from being young, I can't figure it out, so I asked the question. So far you have given no opinion. No surprise there. So what's your information? Gilmour started his first game for absolute ages, again for no logical reason, again ,a youngster. So while you criticise freely, perhaps you need to think a bit more ?

Bollocks, asking a perfectly reasoned question is not "getting on someones case".
First reply that has been thought through and not had the poster jumping up and down and bleating.
I also think that there is a great use of pragmatism going on, and look forward to seeing what outcomes will be achieved.
Disagree, Kante has run midfields all his life, is now injury free and is back to his best form. But he's not better than he was for Leicester or France in the last World Cup, just playing in a better formation for his skill set and experience. Jorghino is also finally playing in a formation he can keep up with, but is still usually towards the lowest of all our players for points for performance. So he is not a better player either, just playing at his best. Of course Tuchel changed the formation, and has improved many players but those 2 have simply started to play how they always could. And yes, there is a difference.

It still has to be said we would not be in this situation had we persevered with Frank, and I say that with a heavy heart.
