Rendell and Pittman are in the sqaud for the reserve team match tonight. Why? What on earth have they done to deserve to be dropped to the reserves, especially considering the goalscoring form of the team of late without them? Sort it out Waddock and start them on Saturday.

Atlease we may win the reserve match :D In all seriousness though we are possibly throwing away any goal scoring oppertunities and GW should see that and ahh oh my god I cant put it into words how pissed off i will be if we dont score against shrewsbury!!!

What's the problem? He's just giving them some game time to sharpen them up. Maybe also to get a look at them as a potential partnership for Saturday.

I would have liked to see them have game time last saturday when GW stuck with his 4-6-0 starting line up

It's a strong reserve line up including Montrose, McClure, Rendell and JPP. Maybe all 4 are set to play on Saturday. Personally I think it is a good idea that they play tonight as they have been lacking proper match time. Hopefully they all get through the game tonight unscathed.

maybe it is the case that he's trying them out for saturday and i'm overreacting. It just seems that he bought Pittman on late in the game on saturday when he could have given him more game time, and this move just implies that he doesn't particularly seem him as part of his plans, along with the suddenly unfavoured rendell

You have to have faith in Waddocks assessment. Maybe I only say this because we really don't have a choice, so it's just blind faith!
I am becoming a little more disillusioned of late. Selections seem a little obsurd and rumours of fall outs with individuals like LJ cause concern.
I would like to see more of Rendell and Pitmann. Strevens is all effort for little reward and Beaver is not a striker.
Montrose is another who hasn't really deserved to lose his place.
