It is very interesting, though it leaves out the important element that HMRC under new regulations they can chase up debt retrospectively.
i just hope they dont try and pull the wool over peoples eyes if they do go down the newco route and claim it was done before the new rules. It won't be as the share transfer hasn't happen yet so if no cva agreed and they go for a newco then they will still get the new punishments as it happened after the season ended.
